Education Qualification
Assistant ke liye: Graduation in any discipline from recognized university with minimum 55% marks. AAO ke liye: Graduation with minimum 60% marks. ADO ke liye: Graduation in any discipline. CA/ICWA/CS/MBA/MCA/BE/B.Tech holders ke liye special quota available hai.
Age Limit
Assistant ke liye: 18 to 30 years. AAO ke liye: 21 to 30 years. ADO ke liye: 21 to 30 years. Age relaxation SC/ST candidates ko 5 years, OBC ko 3 years, PwD ko 10 years aur Ex-servicemen ko applicable norms ke anusar milegi.
Selection Process
LIC Assistant ke liye: Preliminary Exam (Online), Main Exam (Online) aur Language Proficiency Test. LIC AAO ke liye: Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, Interview aur Medical Exam. LIC ADO ke liye: Preliminary Exam, Main Exam aur Interview. Merit list final exam scores par based hogi.

Salary
LIC Assistant ke liye basic salary Rs. 14,435/- per month plus HRA, CCA, Medical Benefits, LIC Policy benefits aur anya allowances milenge. LIC AAO ke liye basic salary Rs. 32,795/- per month plus DA, HRA aur perquisites milenge. LIC ADO ke liye salary plus commission structure hoga.
